What a Horrible Night to Have a Curse:
I was looking at the character design of Simon Belmont and how it has changed over the years and shifting from artist rendition to artist rendition. Now work can be absolutely awesome and I can like their style, but sometimes what I like isn't always theme appropriate or even really researched...
Take Ayami Kojima for instance. She did the design work for Castlevania: SoTN. Fantasic work. Love it. The style is fitting given the time period of the game and there is nothing jarring about the interpretation of each character. Richter looked light years ahead of the horrid generic anime style from Rondo of
